This is your RMA number. Write this number prominently on the outside of your return package and send it to:
1700 14th Ave E
Palmetto, FL 34221
When packing your return box, consider lightening the load to save yourself on the shipping costs: remove the SeaSucker from the rest of the product, if feasible, or remove unnecessary parts of the product, such as slide-on rod holders, etc.
SeaSucker is not responsible for undelivered packages, so we recommend you use a service with tracking capability, such as UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or Priority Mail.”
Requesting a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All SeaSucker-brand products come with a 1-year warranty (upgradable to a 2-year warranty here) on defects in materials or workmanship. If you have a warranty claim, you can request a return authorization and we will fix or replace your product at our expense. You are, however, responsible for the expense of returning the product to us. We will ship the repaired or replaced product back to you by UPS ground or US Mail, at our option. [here links to the new warranty registration page]
If you return a product to us that is no longer under warranty or with damage not covered by warranty, we will still fix your product, but we will charge you for the replacement parts and return shipping costs.
Most items returned to SeaSucker just need to be cleaned. If you haven’t already, watch this video on how to clean and maintain your SeaSucker and then give it a try. If you send your SeaSucker back to us and it just needs a cleaning to get it back to like-new condition, we will charge you a $5.00 cleaning fee plus return shipping costs. If your product is no longer under warranty, do not despair! Individual replacement parts are available here on our website, including vacuum pads, pumps, housings, protective covers and screws. https://www.seasucker.com/product-category/replacement-parts/
