Received the paper towel holder and one of the screws was puncturing the suction cup so it wouldn't hold suction. Seasucker sent me a new one as soon as I let them know what happen and sent the attach picture. Appreciate their promptness in taking care of it.

The SeaSuckers on my boat work flawlessly. In one instance there was a slight imperfection in a screw hole. SeaSucker immediately sent out replacement components. They handled a small issue in a big way! I offshore fish in the Cayman Islands, and I rely on the Seasucker quality.

Many thanks Jeo & team for your support after the sale! One of the 6 rubber cups on a Monkey Bar roof rack system would not hold air. I was able to isolate the issue to the cup but very impressed that Jeo sent a replacement cup and a pump "just in case". System works great now. #recommended 👍
