I have purchased two of these items in order to carry two 4 gallon rotopax fuel tanks for the Idaho traverse and other longer trips. I had to pump them every 2-3 days but they worked perfectly for over 500 miles off road travel. It is definitively the best option for my vehicle.

Like most, i was skeptical about the durability and strength of the suction. I traveled approx. 300 miles with 2-2gallon RotoPax water jugs with no loss in suction. I definitely checked them every time I got the chance but found that they didn't lose any suction. The 300 miles also included some off-road trails and some pretty bad wash-board.... no issues at all with the mount. This product is a game changer and is conveniently and easily removed when I don't need to carry water or extra gas.

I was a little skeptical at first about the idea of using these, but I had no other good options to mount my fuel cans, so I went ahead and ordered one. After seeing it in person, I feel much more confident. The thing is huge and very well built. I think it will do the job fine.
