A Must-Have Lighting Mount – One Small Tweak Could Make It Perfect

The Devos LightRanger Mount from SeaSucker, and it’s been an absolute game-changer for my outdoor setup. I’ve used it with both my LightRanger 1200 and 2000, and it performs flawlessly. The suction mount is crazy strong, sticks to the back window on my 4Runner without budging. It’s perfect for my Overland trips and late-night camp set-up.

Setup is quick, repositioning is easy so it takes the LightRanger system to the next level. Although I like the tripod set-up, now I don’t have to pack my tripod it’s a great space saver. ( I like minimal packing)

One thing I wish they’d add in future versions is a swivel up and down option for faster directional aiming. My back window is at a slant, so the light sits at an angle after it’s mounted. If they redesigned the metal holder to swivel at different degrees, it would take this mount from amazing to perfect.

Overall, this mount is hands-down one of the best gear upgrades I’ve ever made. Keep up the great work, SeaSucker and Devos!

Great add-on to your Devos light.

Handy mount, eliminating the need for a long stand, making it more compact and easier to carry. You can attach your mount to various points around your vehicle during your camping adventure, and even take it with you permanently in your car. I have it mounted always on the rear window, behind the passenger. That way, I know I always have my light with me. The only flaw I noticed is that it rattles slightly because it doesn't fit snugly or tightly. I resolved that issue by adding a layer of electrical tape. Worked like a charm.

    Awesome but very expensive...

So far, I think it's great, you can travel lighter if you don't want to take the stand but also, if you camp site is limited on space, you don't have to use tripod and avoid a trip hazard! Or you can use tripod for Starlink instead! I have only tried it at home so far, therefore I don't have a good picture yet.
