DEVOS LightRanger 2000

If you're reading this review, you obviously have a use for and are interested in this fantastic... um... well... portable streetlight, (we'll go with that). Anyway, in short, GET THIS LIGHT, IT'S FANTASTIC!!

Okay, I get it I don't know that I would be convinced by just that, so please excuse my exuberance there, but seriously, if you love doing any sort of outdoor activity, live in a power outage-prone area, or simply want a HUGE upgrade for a lantern (my use), this is the ideal option.

So I am a huge outdoors person who has used a certain very well-known brand of liquid-fueled lanterns for many years. I have done so because they have always been tough, lasted about 4 hours per fill, and most importantly are extremely bright. That being said, recently my barely broken-in lantern that was days out of warranty failed me when I needed it most (as night fell at my campsite) so obviously I needed something better. All of that being said, I FINALLY decided to look into something I had known about for a long time but was hesitant due to a few factors, including price. (For some of us) the listed price isn't something we can easily part with, so I was truly hopeful I was getting something worth it in return, obviously I did!

Now there are really only three options on the market for something like this that can reach 10 feet: A cheap Chinese 12-volt outlet plug cr**p version that isn't worth its price, A different brand that is comparatively priced to this one but that is easily…
